Allow the library to read the kubernetes configuration file

    Description

      OpenShift/Kubernetes is using a configuration file in ~/.kube/config to persist configurations: http://janetkuo.github.io/kubernetes/v1.0/docs/user-guide/kubeconfig-file.html

      We should at least allow reading the file even though writing would be a nice thing, too.
      Furthermore there are tons of options to be places in this file, we'd mostly have to limit ourselves to user, host, pw/token in a 1st step (at least)
