Endpoints are discoverable now using API groups. Remove the explicit typemappings in the client.

Adding more info here to clarify task

• urls will be in future based on extensions of the format 'prefix/group/version/' where prefix is 'apis'
• If groups are not provided, it is assumed its either a k8e or openshift and api or oapi needs to be queried
