Refactor URLBuilder et all to better handle adding new types

Figure out a way to better handle the endpoints so we dont have to keep explicit maps and make it easier for us to handle new types:

Pluralize the kinds:
(02:03:53 PM) liggitt: ends in s, no change
(02:03:57 PM) liggitt: ends in y, add "ies"
(02:04:01 PM) liggitt: otherwise add "s"
