OSE 1.1 has gone out of support and we can thus move our openshift-java-client to support protocol 1.4 since it becomes now the least required protocol version:

For 2.0: "supported_api_versions":[1.0,1.1,1.2,1.3,1.4,1.5,1.6]

I'm not sure which version we had back in OSE 1.1 days but given that it is out of support now it is my opinion that we can safely target the version that was released with OSE 1.2. Granted - that is certainly older than 1.6.
