Goal

Remove jobs that rely on the mecha-az0 cloud.

Why is this important?

These jobs do not provide enough value to warrant the ongoing maintenance of the underlying cloud. Removing them allows us to free up hardware for use in the managed cloud.

Tasks

• Remove all jobs
• Remove the cloud from prow
• Update Grafana to remove the dashboard
• Update team docs to remove references to az0
• Update shiftstack/ci-configs to remove references to az0
