Goal

Add support for OpenShift installation using the ABI method on Shift on Stack environments. This is currently supported for bare metal and various other platforms.

Why is this important?

• Adding support for OpenStack to ABI will allow customers to use the same workflow across both OpenStack cloud and baremetal hosts, simplifying operations.

Scenarios

• As a user, I wish to be able to deploy OpenShift on OpenStack using the agent-based installer workflow.

Acceptance Criteria

• CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated

This is a dev preview feature, therefore, we do not require customer-facing documentation, release enablement etc.
