Goal

Migrate Manila jobs to the Vexxhost shared cloud. This will require reworking our jobs since the Manila deployment on the managed cloud differs from that on the self-managed clouds (tl;dr: DHSS = True, so we need to specify a share_network)

Why is this important?

This allows us to remove one of the core users of the self-managed cloud, eventually allowing us to free up this hardware and transfer it to the managed cloud

Scenarios

• As a CI user, I would like to benefit from the scalability and stability that the managed private cloud provides.

Acceptance Criteria

• All Manila-focused e2e tests should be running on the vexxhost managed cloud.
