Our host aggregate in Vexxhost is currently oversubscribed. We should gather metrics on utilization of our project and other projects on the cloud so that we can report this to leadership and provide justification for getting additional hosts, newer hardware, or moving hosts from other aggregates to the shiftstack-ci aggregate.
