Bugs in the HyperShift / OpenStack component of OCPBUGS are assigned to "Component lead" (which is Emilien, but that's a different problem) instead of "Unassigned". Our bugwatcher tooling is already instructed to look after the component, but it will only react to unassigned bugs.
