Populate AssignedTeam to rhos-dfg-osasinfra when:

• an issue is created in the OSASINFRA project
• an issue is moved to the OSASINFRA project
• an OCPBUGS issue is created with one of our components
• an OCPBUGS issue gets one of our components

Optionally, we could also make sure that issues that are moved out of OSASINFRA, or are removed our Components, do not have us as AssignedTeam.

The recommendation is to use Jira automations for that. However, alternative solutions include setting up a periodic job using the Jira API.
