The Cinder CSI driver supports automatic configuration of both the node ID and node AZ. It does this by inspecting information retrieved from the metadata service. We should do the same thing in the Manila CSI Driver. This will allow us to reduce the amount of configuration needed in the Manila CSI Driver Operator.
