NFV ready node pools

      Investigate what it takes to have node pools ready to run NFV workloads (PerformanceProfile, SR-IOV, etc).

      We'll need to test https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.16/html-single/scalability_and_performance/index#about-node-tuning-operator_node-tuning-operator and also the SRIOV network operator.

       

      An idea is to run our NFV CI jobs using the aws-nested workflow, where node pools are deployed in our SRIOV-capable cloud (VEXXHOST).
