We need a DT to customize OpenStack so that it is conform to the recommendations of the Reference Architecture.

Compared to the VA1 (HCI), we need:

• enable octavia with amphora provider
• enable swift (instead of RGW, due to OSPRH-6199)
• enable manila with ganesha
• disable nova ephemeral with ceph (NovaEnableRbdBackend in earlier OSP versions)
• probably other

This DT can then be installed from the CI-Framework by setting the cifmw_arch_automation_file and cifmw_architecture_scenario variables accordingly.
