The OpenStack Identity service has not used an API extensions model since introducing the v3 API with microversions way back. However, Gophercloud still models the former extensions as such in `openstack/identity/v2/extensions` and `openstack/identity/v3/extensions` modules. We should take advantage of the Gophercloud v2 bump to address this.
