API - Data Volumes in OpenstackProviderSpec

    Description

      Once we have decided of an API in CAPO for additional data volumes, we'll need to add the new fields to OpenShift Machine API in OpenstackProviderSpec.

      To make it simple we probably want the API to keep as identical as possible from CAPO.
