      Goal

      • Enable OSP-NG users to correlate metrics coming from OCP-on-OSP and metrics coming from OSP18+ ("NG").

      Why is this important?

      • Allow identifying root causes of OCP failures in OSP infrastructure disfunctions

      Scenarios

Allow and document exposing OCP metrics (including cluster zero's) outside the cluster, to allow for an external Prometheus instance to gather OCP metrics.
The external Prometheus instance can be the cluster-zero one, or an external one.
