    Description

      This is a clone of issue OSASINFRA-3193. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      Ansible 2.9 is EOL later this year, we need to enable our customers to use ansible-core instead.

      This task is to track the CI work that will be done to convert the UPI job.
