Description
Given Prometheus might be one of the operators that require more ops attention due to its storage needs, we need to evaluate if it's possible to use the same monitoring stack (Prometheus) on SoS and on OpenStack 18. In other words:
- Is it possible to centralize OpenShift monitoring to the OpenStack-cluster-0 monitoring infrastructure to facilitate user life when managing multiple OpenShift installs on same OSP by providing one central alerting infrastructure? This would also enable user to correlate any platform issues seen in observability data with the platform observability data.
