We have a number of clouds in CI: one is a managed OpenStack deployment, while the others are self-managed. We are currently not fully utilising these resources.

We need to investigate if we can either a) migrate the jobs we run on managed VH to the clouds our team manages, or b) release one or more of the servers we use for self-managed OpenStack.
