We would like to design, discuss, propose, prototype a new operator that will automate the manual tasks that our customers have to do to configure DPDK & SRIOV workers successfully.

The story will include:

• Google doc initiated by our team, and shared with DFG:NFV
• An enhancement proposed to OpenShift if we decide we move forward with the idea
• If time permits, a prototype that demonstrates this is useful and can work
