As a team, we would like to document what the Perf&Scale team will test for us to understand better how ShiftOnStack works at scale.

The first step is to groom our ideas and document it in our new Perf&Scale doc.

 Everyone is welcome to participate and once this grooming is done, we'll feed Perf&Scale backlog with what we want to test.
