"hide" inherited paragraphs is not being inherited to sub-pages

The navigation on the image and style guide pages of help is getting pushed below the help navigation such that the flyouts drop below the footer and are un-readable: https://www.jboss.org/author/help/projectpageguide/imagestyleguide.html?
