Our Magnolia EARs grew to unacceptable sizes due to storing data inside of the deployment. Mostly it's about moving out 'repositories' directory which contains search indexes and other stuff related to all JCR repos that we have. Additionally a couple of more directories should be moved out of deploy directory as well.
