We'd like to have a testimonials page where every user could provide their success story which will be then published on our page. The requirements are:

• any user needs to be able to add PDF, title and a short description
• user's proposition needs to be sent for review to JBoss Community representative
• the representative must be able to easily accept-publish or delete user propositions, preferably by some checkbox choice or any other way that require the least possible work
