If you go to any of these URL's:
http://www.jboss.org/drools/drools-expert (not changed in magnolia since march)
http://www.jboss.org/drools/drools-planner.html (not changed recently)
http://www.jboss.org/richfaces/download/stable
You 'll find out that the second menu bar ("Overview | Downloads | Documentation"), doesn't work, it's disabled entirely.
If your mouse hovers over it, you'll see that it doesn't pop out.

Strange thing is, on the welcome pages, the second menu bar does work:
http://www.jboss.org/drools
http://www.jboss.org/richfaces

It looks like all jboss.org projects suffer from this.
This bug must have been introduced recently, as several days ago the menu worked fine.
