Known issue most likely linked to Magnolia's table-based layout. Usually corrected by re-loading the page.
Causes have also included use of the javascript paragraph, adding charset tags in rich-text paragraphs, and setting large widths on any element.
When we upgrade to Magnolia's table-less layout, we'll look again at fixing this issue.
