Improve contributor notifications

Having 10-15 mails just saying "A new contributor has been approved" in
your inbox is rather annoying,
so couldn't we for the jboss contributor mails have the subject be:

"${user} has been approved as a contributor for ${project}"
or
"${project} got ${user} as a new contributor"
...so you can sort by project easily AND not have to open every email >to
see where the contributor

Even better would be if the full name of the contributor where visible
since usernames aren't always descriptive
