If a particular feed doesn't return content fast but hangs instead without returning any error code then RSSReader still waits and blocks rendering of a page. To cope with such situations we need to have a globally set timeout in the paragraph so that it ignores the feed if it cannot read for some time e.g. 5 seconds.
