Currently if a "sub page" wants to add more "quick links" it needs to add a whole new "Quick Start Links" paragraph; the rendered page ends up with the inherited link paragraph(s) plus the "locally defined" one. Consider http://hibernate.org/sourcecode.html as an example.

The issue is the extra real estate needed to render the 2 paragraphs, not to mention the fact that it seems counter-intuitive and certainly not the norm for sites with a side nav.

Would be great to be able to say instead that the link entries instead get put into the inherited para.
