An extremely common method of replying to a post is to divide up the quoted text into sections and place a reply beneath each part. In almost every rich text editor I have used, this can be accomplished by placing the cursor in the quote block and either hitting the Enter key twice or hitting Enter with the CTRL key pressed.
However, the rich text editor in Clearspace doesn't appear to support breaking up a quote at all. As a result, the user has to quote the whole message, cut out all except the part he/she wants to comment on, and add the comment below the customized quote block. The user then has to repeat this process for each section of the message he/she wants to comment on.
The rich text editor should support breaking a quote by placing the cursor at the line where the break should occur and either hitting the Enter key twice, or hitting the Enter key with the CTRL key pressed.
