Look at the TOC and then browse to some section header. There is no way to distinguish the different levels of the sections.

Perhaps if the font is not changeable, some kind of automatic numerical bulletting might be possible? Otherwise my only option is to number by hand. It goes without saying that I'm going to mess that up.
