Update "RHT User profile metrics" query in DCP to work with SWEL data which do not use "channel" attribute anymore. by_channel aggregation have to use "aTacticIDExternal" attribute instead. Values of the "aTacticIDExternal" for current channels:

• conference: 701f2000000tjnwAAA
• bulkinvite: 701f2000000RieJAAS
• website: anything else (including empty/missing "aTacticIDExternal")

new filters should be connected by or to the existing based on channel to prevent need of all data reindex (or we should check if "aTacticIDExternal" is in existing data also so we can remove channel based filter then)
