Refactor password reset feature - use only Nukes impl

Currently the impolementation is combination of Jive's reset password and Nukes password reset.
It leads to troubles because the syncing Nukes hash is not clear when it should happen.

Only Nukes password reset should happen with check if account is already merged or not.
