Bootstrap Community 3.2.0.2 does not work over https yet

      I see that 3.2.0.2 has be changed to be https friendly but it references https://static.jboss.org/css/rhbar.css
      which does contain two http:// references.
      See https://static.jboss.org/theme/css/bootstrap-community/3.2.0.2/bootstrap-community.css

      This makes the site raise warning over HTTP resources embedded in HTTPS and drop the green status for Google Chrome.
