When you are pulling in the information for KCS articles and solutions into the dcp, please include this additonal metadata, if it's not part of the feed already:

• Type - I'm not sure what this is called exactly in the database, but it should tell us whether the content is either an Article or Solution.
• Date - The last updated date for the article or solution. I think this is what they use now on the Customer Portal.
