After some further investigation find out that clicking blue arrow in "in response to: Nick Belaevski" causes the page to be loaded at corresponding answer. But why the page reloaded if I'm jumping between the posts at one page?

The same for links in forum posts. I guess them done in order to grab the link to current post. But clicking causes page reload.
