Historically a set of Comma Separated Value (CSV) files have been manually generated each month to show the number of upstream project downloads from downloads.jboss.org.

We need to configure the corporate Splunk server to index the Apache access log files to give a real-time view of this data and then push it into the DCP so it can be queried out in CSV format.
