Broken scrolling at jboss.org/products

When I scroll all the way down on the Products page [1], the site starts jumping up and down. AFACS, it only happens on this one page and only on Safari (works fine in Chrome).

I recorded a screencast here [2], but unfortunately it doesn't really show the problem well - the video frame rate is too low for that.
