The last modified by field is wrong when listing discussion entries.

Consider this RichFaces User discussion listing:

Select a discussion topic with at least one reply. Notice the last modified by field represents the user who started the topic, not the last user to comment on it.

In practice the last user to comment on an issue is much more useful to see than the user who initiated the discussion.
