I observe one particularly annoying behavior at JBoss.org:

All articles, after loaded, jump somewhere down. Seems perhaps to the start of comments. There's no # in the URL.

For example, try https://community.jboss.org/wiki/StartJBossOnBootWithLinux
For me, it always happens that the page jumps down, without any reason.

Could you please check why this happens and remove the behavior?
