JBoss SVN repository blocked some IPs

My recent research includes mining source code repositories of open source projects.
In particular, I would like to investigate revision history of JBoss.
So, I have tried to clone the repository using 'svnsync'.

However, I got the following message during the cloning.

svnsync: Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to PROPFIND request for '/repos/jbossas'

It seems the repository blocked the IPs of my university (HKUST) since the cloning requires heavy access to the repository.
The IPs are starting with:

143.89.126.*

Could you unblock the IPs?

Or could you let me know how to find SVN dump files?
FYI, Apache project maintains dumps for backups as follows:

http://svn-master.apache.org/dump/
