Generated main page for SSO login contains link like this:
https://sso.jboss.org/css/cas.css;jsessionid=ZZZZZZZZ
Link for CSS contains ;jsession parameter which is not needed and have one side-effect - it's unique URL and disk cache from browser cannot be involved.

Would be better to use hard codded URL of this CSS since in all environments CAS server is as ROOT application
