There seems to be distinct problems when user creates JIRA issues (subtasks) from Crucible review comments.

One is from Max: Error creating subtask in JIRA: Maximum number of redirects (3) reached.

During my testing on STAGING this was ok, but bad jira issue was linked to crucible comment. For first comment some older issue was linked, for second comment issue created for first one was linked.
