Text header notice on top of repositories in FishEye

Currently there is no way how to give user notice important facts about repository which he browses.

In RichFaces, we would like to notice that http://source.jboss.org/browse/RichFaces reflects old project and that there are new repositories which reflects project structure on GitHub.
