Internal links defined in the 'Quick Start Links' paragraph have a port number included during rendering, for example:

http://www.jboss.org:80/teiid/about.html"

This is unnecessary and has been known to cause problems with kbsslenforcer Chrome browser extension when it tries to force usage of https and doesn't correctly strip out the port number from the URL during rewriting:

https://code.google.com/p/kbsslenforcer/issues/detail?id=65

We should therefore remove port numbers from any Internal Links during rendering to avoid such problems.
