      What’s required for operator-framework/operator-lifecycle-manager:

      • Ensure the project is using Go 1.25
      • Ensure the project is using sigs.k8s.io/controller-runtime v0.23.1 (latest)
      • Ensure the project is using Kubernetes 1.35
      • Ensure the project is using controller-tools v0.20.0 (latest)
      • Ensure that is using of/api and of/registry with the above bumps
      • Cut a new release
