Starting with OCP 4.22, the Marketplace catalog no longer exists (it was discontinued).

Documentation must include a clear statement in the OCP 4.22 release notes (and/or the most appropriate documentation locations) indicating that the Marketplace catalog was discontinued starting in 4.22.

Additionally, documentation must clarify the following partner and customer expectations:

• Marketplace and Certified catalog content is provided by partners and may be changed, moved, or removed at any time at the partner’s request and according to their policies.

• Partners that previously published in the Marketplace catalog may, at their discretion, move content to the Certified or Community catalogs.
• If users rely on a specific vendor’s content, they may need to update their subscription/clusterExtention targets to continue consuming the same content from another catalog source if/when available:
• Users should contact the vendor/partner for content availability, migration timelines, and subscription requirements.
