      In OLMv0, as part of smoothing the PSA migration, OLM implemented a label syncer in openshift-* namespaces with an operator installed to allow the openshift label syncer to add the appropriate labels for PSA checks on pods in those namespaces. Investigate what is required for extensions to offer similar support in OLMv1.
