Prepare a demo for KubeCon highlighting new features in OLMv1. 

The demo will cover:

• Deploying a demo operator

• Demonstrating OwnNamespace vs SingleNamespace install modes.

• Verifying namespace scoping through olm.targetNamespaces.

• Showing webhook functionality by applying valid and invalid CRs.

• Confirming webhook configurations are registered and active.

• (optional) Show ClusterExtensionRevision creation and upgrade to a new version and show the new revision being created (while the old revision being marked as archived)

Acceptance Criteria:

• Show the end-to-end demo to our team (during shiftweek demos if possible)
• Prerecord the demo with voice & create a gif with the steps (in case it doesn't work during Kubecon live presentation)
