Create one OTE test for the boxcutter feature gate [examples]]

A/C:

• Tests pass on ClusterBot
• Aggregate jobs executed and tests pass with a high success rate (we should check with the team what this number is... > 90%?)

Open Questions:

• What is the minimum success rate from an aggregate job where we'd be happy to merge? 90%?
• Do we need these tests to pass on D/C environments for TP? Or could we wait until the team has found a good solution for the image fixtures (hopefully before we go GA =P)
